As a brief, selfÔÇÉguided, online program (delivered via Moodle) for incoming students, Sleep 101 is a unique, interactive opportunity to help you establish healthy sleep habits you can use on campus and in the years to come. Sleep 101 is a brief, self-guided, interactive online program offered through Moodle. Students who complete the tutorial by Easter Break will be entered into a raffle drawing for sleep-related prizes such as sound therapy machines and pillows.
