LGBTQ+ Student Services Leadership Applications

Through our new Flourish Pre-Fall and Thrive mentorship programs, we hope to introduce LGBTQ+ first-year students and allies to a brave, supportive community where they feel connected and resourced.

Flourish Fellows, Pre-Fall Program:
A great way to welcome first-year students to our Loyola and Baltimore Q'mmunity through leadership, hospitality, and connection. The role includes welcoming your peers to Loyola, facilitating small groups, leading activities, and accompanying students in exploration of our campus and city's community and resources.

Thrive 2025-2026 Mentors:
Foster a supportive relationship with Loyola students who are seeking LGBTQ+ mentorship. The role includes supporting the growth of your mentee emotionally, interpersonally, and academically through frequent communication and one-on-one meetings, attending events together, and serving as a role model in the queer campus community.
