Loyola students identify across a full spectrum of gender identities and gender expressions. This session will highlight ways in which faculty, administrators, and staff can cultivate gender-inclusive teaching and learning environments for students of all genders and respond to the harmful impact of gender stereotyping and misgendering on student learning. Participants will engage with key concepts in inclusive teaching and will be equipped with tools to help them develop inclusive strategies that support all curriculum, policies, classroom facilitation, and interactions with students. Open to all students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
