The Thriving Spaces: Environment for Learning, Living, and Working survey aims to assess how all members of our community are experiencing the current campus climate. Campus Climate is defined as the overall attitudes and behaviors of faculty, staff, administrators, and students, as well as institutional policies and procedures that influence the level of respect for individual needs, abilities, and potential.

The results of the survey will help us broaden our scope around diversity and inclusion and inform actions for the future!

The survey opens on Tuesday, February 4th and will close on Friday, March 7, 2025.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion and the Climate Survey Working Group (CSWG) are hosting events for students and employees to learn more about the Thriving Spaces survey, ask questions, complete the survey, socialize, and enjoy food and drinks together!
