Before leading others, leaders must know themselves, including their own truths, beliefs, and values (rocks). The purpose of this presentation is to help current and aspiring student leaders identify/discover their rocks and then how to ensure that these rocks become the foundation of their leadership in a healthy, reflective and discerning manner.
