Level 1 training aims to understand the historical context and key principles of RJP. Learn and practice the skills needed to be a RJP community building circle facilitator. Learn the key elements of community building circles. Practice putting together an RJP Community building circle.
Level 2 training aims to deepen your understanding of RJP theory, including power, harm, accountability, and repair. Along with strengthening advanced facilitation skills for navigating conflict and distinguishing between restorative processes and identifying appropriate applications. As well as practice co-facilitation and reflective feedback to support facilitator growth.
