Since its creation in 1967 at Texas A&M University, The International Honor Society For The Computing And Information Discipline recognizes those students who show exceptional academic performance. Known as Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the honor society is a student-led association whose mission is the recognition and promotion of high scholarship and original investigations in the branches of the Computing and Information Disciplines.
