Join us for the third in a series of three Islamic calligraphy workshops with artist Sughra Hussainy. No prior experience is required and there is no cost to participate. Hussainy is a graduate of the Turquoise Mountain Institute in Kabul, Afghanistan, and the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she received an MFA from the Community Art Program.

This workshop series is sponsored by the Center for the Humanities, the Department of History, the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, and the Department of Visual and Performing Arts.
