Deborah Cady Melzer, Ph.D.
Vice President for Student Development
Deborah Cady Melzer, Ph.D. joined Loyola in July 2022 after serving at Assumption University as the vice president for student affairs and dean of students. Prior to Assumption, Deb worked in a variety of student affairs roles including in residential life, new student programs, community standards, Title IX, campus ministry and student activities.
Michelle Cheatem
Associate Vice President for Student Development

Dr. Cheatem serves as Associate Vice President for Student Development where she oversees ALANA Services, Recreation & Wellness, Student Athlete Support Services, Student Engagement, Technology & Graduate Student Services, and the Women’s Center.
Jason Parcover
Assistant Vice-President, Student Wellbeing & Director of the Counseling Center

Jason Parcover has been at Loyola in the counseling center for 23 years. He also works closely with the Health Center and DSS and teaches some courses for the Psychology Department.
Neil Andrito
Director of Residence Life and Housing

Neil Andrito joined the Loyola in 2017 as the Director of Student Life (now Residence Life and Housing). Neil's prior experiences focused on advocating for students, community development, and housing operations. Neil strives to create opportunities for students and help them grow and develop. Neil believes that strong campus partnerships are essential to creating a holistic student experience.
Raven Williams
Director of ALANA Services
As the Director of ALANA Services, Raven oversees the retention and support services for students of color and other underrepresented students.
Donna Woodruff
Assistant Vice President & Director of Athletics
Donna has served as the assistant vice president and director of athletics at Loyola since 2017. During her first five years at Loyola, the Greyhounds won 11 Patriot League regular-season and eight conference tournament titles.
