The Chesapeake Section of the American Water Works Association and the Chesapeake Water Environment Association is hosting their annual Student Hiring Event next Friday, February 16 at the Bowie Comfort Inn Conference Center in Bowie, Maryland. We have almost 30 employers registered who are eager to interview students looking for internships and entry level positions.
Student registration https://chesapeakeawwa.regfox.com/2024-student-hiring-event will remain open until the day of the event, to accommodate any walk-ins, but we would like to remind you that interview sign-ups
are happening on a first-come first-serve basis, and slots with popular employers are going fast! The $15 registration fee covers breakfast, lunch, and social hour after the event (with one drink ticket included for those over 21) in addition to 13 interview slots throughout the day. We will also be having door prizes and giveaways, and a lunch presentation with Rizwan Sidiqqi, President and CEO of EBA Engineering, focused on the importance of minority- and women-led businesses in engineering.
