The Thrive Center for Student Success welcomes first-year LGBTQ+ students and allies, in the fullness of your identities, to explore our thriving Q’mmunity at Loyola and in Baltimore City. Rooted in our university’s motto, “Strong truths well lived,” Flourish invites you to live out your individual truths that nourish our diversity and collective wholeness.

Time will be spent on and off campus to get to know the people, resources, and communities that will help you thrive in your Loyola experience. And y'all know we're going to have a good time doing it! Program experiences include:

Community building opportunities with LGBTQ+ peers, employees, and alumni
Engaging LGBTQ+ history through the context of Loyola and Baltimore City
Visiting local LGBTQ+ organizations and businesses
Drag performances and entertainment

If the $100 registration fee is a barrier to participation, please reach out to Pat Cassidy (he/him; pjcassidy@loyola.edu; 410-617-2112). We want to be sure that all students have the opportunity to participate in our program!

Food Provided (Breakfast will be available on campus through university meal plans. All other meals will be provided as part of the Flourish program.)
