Founded in 2023, the Greyhound Realty Club connects Loyola students passionate about real estate development, finance, and community growth.

With over 200 active members, the club bridges the gap between classroom learning and professional experience through guest speakers, site visits, service initiatives, and workshops such as UrbanPlan by the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Our mission is to cultivate a collaborative and career-focused community that empowers students to explore the diverse opportunities within real estate — from development and investment to design and urban planning.
