The Julio Fine Arts Gallery is thrilled to begin the 2026-2027 season with the first faculty exhibition in three years. This incredibly talented group of twelve faculty represents Photography, Studio Arts, Theatre, and Communication and Media, with work ranging from glass to embroidery, graphite, mixed media prints, batik, digital photography, relievo ambrotype, bookmaking, ceramic, theatrical design, and graphic design. The breadth and depth of mediums and styles is a testament to the high level of engaged scholarship that can be found among the faculty at Loyola University Maryland. The faculty exhibition always presents a unique opportunity for our student body and our larger community to understand what our faculty artists do when they are not teaching here, providing greater context and insight around what informs their teaching practice. This exhibition features art from Mary Beth Akre, Heather Braxton, Mandy Cooper, Noelle Dichiera, Billy Friebele, Isa Gold, Jon Malis, Katie Peck, Daniel Pinha, Dan Schlapbach, Dr. Mariia Usova, and Beth Yashnyk.
