Updates & Reminders
1.Keep an eye on your inboxes, it’s Messina Assessment Time!
This week, Messina will open our end-of-year surveys for both students and working group members. Information will be sent in a separate email, but below is a summary of each. The surveys take only about 10 minutes, and your participation is greatly appreciated in order to help us continue to improve our support of students and working group members. Please contact Sarah Lewis (selewis@loyola.edu) with any questions related to Messina assessment.
Messina End-of-Year Survey, closes May 8
Completed by First-Year Students
The third installment in the Messina assessment trilogy, this form follows the FWW reflection and Messina Mid-Year Survey, and helps us collect feedback from students related to their experience in enrichment hours, with some additional questions related to Loyola’s core values and first-year program high-impact practices.
Spring Working Group Feedback Form, closes May 8
Completed by Working Group Members
This form is helpful for the Messina team in evaluating our current resources and support, planning for future trainings and professional development, and evaluating our Intent to Return applications for faculty, mentors, and Evergreens.
2. Next week's newsletter will probably be our last one of the semester. Please submit any group outing photos to Patrick Murnane (pmurnane@loyola.edu) this week to get featured in our last newsletter.
