Hello Student Leaders!

Happy Fall and Happy October!
We hope that you have made an easy and stress-free transition back to school!
The Office of Student Engagement will be sending out a monthly newsletter highlighting important dates and news concerning clubs/organizations, Bridge updates, and we hope to add a new section for Featured Clubs!

Club Registration Closes October 15

If you have not completed your club's re-registration by October 15th the club will be deactivated, which means your club will not be able to create events on the Bridge, host meetings, post flyers or apply for SGA appropriations.

To ensure this doesn't happen, please complete re-registration by October 15th.

Broadcasting 9 Clubs at Mens’ Soccer Game!

On October 30th, nine clubs have the opportunity to have a table at the Men’s Soccer game. This opportunity for clubs is a great way to promote themselves and engage with members of the Loyola community! There will be a table decorating contest and a costume contest! The nine clubs will also receive a bucket of Halloween candy for their table.

Table set-up begins at 11:30, and festivities start at noon.

SGA wants to connect!

My name is Kayla Pomales and for the 2021-2022 school year, I am serving as Director of Campus Outreach for the Student Government Association. My position serves as the liaison between the Student Government Association and organizations on campus. 

My main objective this year is to bridge relationships between Student Government Association and other student led organizations on campus to create a more inclusive, memorable and fun environment for the student body.  I would love to collaborate on different agendas and help assist with initiatives; please do not hesitate to contact me via HoundMail kepomales@loyola.edu!

1. When you create an event, use the 'Create Event (Copy)' template. This is only for the time being! Update coming soon!
2. Please remember to notify your moderator/advisor when you create an event. Your event CANNOT be processed without your moderators approval!
