Hi Green Bandana Brigade (GBB)!

We hope your spring semester is wrapping up well. It's hard to believe we only have 4 more weeks left until finals are over!

In our last newsletter, we talked about personalizing your self-care plan, highlighted the Thriving Spaces survey, and reflected on current events and politics and how that can affect our mental health.

We hope you found these recommendations and reflections helpful and encourage you to take time to reflect and relax as we get into the busy academic season.

With that, we wanted to share some helpful resources to prepare for exams:

The Counseling Center website has a lot of great resources, including but not limited to, Study Skills and Test TakingRelaxation, and Mindfulness Meditation.

Need a tutor or an academic or organizational consultant? Check out the Study!

The Department of Recreation and Wellness has their own Wellness page with lots of resources as well.

Just remember, there are so many supports on campus to go to if you're feeling overwhelmed! You've got this!
