Hello Student Leaders!

Happy November!!

We hope this finds you well.  It is hard to believe that the semester is more than half way over.  With that, and the continued growth of programming and promotion, we felt that it was a great time to send along an update with some exciting news and important information!

SGA Appropriations


To ensure your club receives funding in time, you must submit the SGA Club Appropriation Request Form 2 weeks before your event date or they will not be considered.

Club Spotlight

The History Club is an Academic and Social interest club at Loyola!
Their mission states:
"We aim to foster a love of History in LUM students with an emphasis on community and nonpartisanship."
You can attend their weekly meetings on: Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm in HU340

Introduction of the 25th President of Loyola University of Maryland.   

You are cordially invited to join in community with the Board of Trustees to formally acknowledge and celebrate the naming of the 25th President of Loyola University Maryland - Terrence. M Sawyer, J.D.

  • Registering with Agile Fleet and Transportation: Please Login (agilefleet.com)

    • Unfortunately, Agile Fleet is taking longer than expected to clear student drivers. Because of this, we advise clubs to plan ahead for any events/trips requiring transportation. Using Agile Fleet requires the student driver to be verified through their approval process. Upon approval clearance, students will receive verification in their emails. Please note that OSE can NOT reserve vehicles until the driver has been cleared. Please plan accordingly! 

  • Catering Services - Dining - Loyola University Maryland Catering Services:
    • Any on-campus event that requires food or drink that exceeds $150.00 must use Catering Services.
