We hope you are doing well and wanted to send some information and reminders for your upcoming arrival to Loyola. Please read this email carefully, as it includes important information about the overall Fall Welcome Weekend program.

  • Residential Students: By now, you should have signed up for a move-in time on Aug. 31 or Sept. 1. For specific information, please refer to the Student Life website and your personalized move-in webpage in the RoomRez housing portal. Your first required meeting will be a floor meeting with your RA on Sept. 1 at 7pm. You will receive information from your Resident Assistant (RA) on September 1st with more information.
  • Commuter Students: Your first meeting will be on Thursday, Sept. 1 from 7-8pm in Knott Hall B01. Please keep an eye out for an email next week with more specifics about how to find the building and where to park on campus.
Our first official event is Light Up the Quad, which will follow your floor/commuter meetings on Sept. 1 and begin at 8:30pm. This tradition will officially kick-off Welcome Weekend and your Loyola experience.

We are so excited to welcome you to campus! If you have any other questions about the weekend, email us at orientation@loyola.edu.

Most of you should have downloaded it as part of Summer Orientation. If you haven’t yet downloaded (or maybe already deleted!) and/or aren’t sure what it’s really all about, please review the video one of our students created earlier this summer.

You will need to download The Bridge to view the FWW schedule as well as to see upcoming programs and events at Loyola. The Bridge is available in the App Store/Google Play Store.

Once downloaded, you will need to sign in by clicking on “Loyola Login” and entering your Loyola email credentials.
