Greetings Student Leaders!

 We hope you are doing well! As we approach the end of the semester, we hope you are taking care of yourselves and taking time to enjoy the warmer weather! In this newsletter, you can find important information regarding timelines, closing dates for programming, and more! Attached to this email is a list of clubs that have completed re-registration. If you do not see your club's name on that list, please begin the process! Remember to contact your moderator to fill out the MVF form and finish the process on the Bridge! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me!

Club Spotlight!

ACA’s mission is to promote, educate, and celebrate all cultures within the Asian diaspora with Loyola and the surrounding community. Their meetings are typically hosted bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 7-8 PM in the CIE. During AAPI month, they are not following their usual schedule. Check our ACA’s Instagram @loyolaaca for the events coming up in April!

  • Re-registration: March 28 - April 11 (Moderators must complete the Moderator Verification Form)
  • The last date to request SGA and/or Late Night Funding: April 18th, 2022
  • The last date for programming: May 3rd, 2022
  • All funds appropriated or fundraised must be used by: May 3rd, 2022
