There is so much more to leadership than the titles, power, and paychecks. There are also the character traits and skills we practice daily, particularly when no one else is watching. Regardless of the seat or position you’re in today, you can still learn and practice three of the core leadership skills consistently used by the most effective and impactful leaders: Care, Courage, and Clarity.

With over twenty years as a social impact communications consultant and a leader in the B Corporation movement, Carrie Fox takes to heart the role—and responsibility—that leaders hold in shaping how stories are told, how decisions are made, and how change happens.

In this engaging and interactive session, the Loyola graduate (Class of 2001) and author of More than Words: Communications Practices of Courageous Leaders, will guide audience members through a series of thoughtful prompts and thought-provoking stories designed to help you become your own positive and powerful agent of change.
