About Us

Girls Who Lead exists to empower and equip young women to become future leaders in policy, business, and advocacy. Through mentorship, civic education, and community action, we create space for young women to discover their voice, develop their leadership, and take meaningful action in the world around them. We believe that leadership is not one-size-fits-all, it is creative, communal, and rooted in lived experience. Everything we do is grounded in a commitment to equity, service, and the belief that the next generation of changemakers is already in the room.
