

Carter Dickey is a dedicated and goal-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. A junior at Loyola University Maryland, he is pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance. As President of the Sellinger Scholars Society, Carter brings a passion for mentorship and leadership, having previously served as Chief Mentoring Officer. In this role, he successfully enhanced the program’s peer mentoring structure, increasing student engagement and support for first-year and sophomore scholars. His commitment to fostering growth and development within the Sellinger Scholars Program reflects his broader dedication to assisting others in making informed financial decisions and excelling academically. Beyond the classroom, Carter is eager to apply his analytical skills and leadership experience to career opportunities in finance and accounting.

Madison Bane is a dynamic and driven leader who balances ambition with empathy in all aspects of her professional and personal growth. As Vice President of Outreach & Engagement for the Sellinger Scholars Society, she is committed to fostering meaningful connections within the Loyola University Maryland community and beyond. Previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer for the Sellinger Scholars Program, Madison honed her interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, playing a key role in enhancing the program’s visibility and engagement. In addition, as Campus Manager for Student-Made Loyola, she leads a team of six managers and supports approximately 15 student entrepreneurs through an accelerator program, strengthening her expertise in organization, mentorship, and proactive problem-solving.

Joseph Berenger is a dedicated and driven leader passionate about financial analysis and strategic decision-making. A first-year Finance major at Loyola University Maryland, he is originally from Middletown, New Jersey. As the only first-year student on the Sellinger Scholars Student Executive Board, Joseph’s leadership and commitment to excellence set him apart. In his role as Vice President of Professional Development, he is focused on creating opportunities for his peers to grow their careers, expand their networks, and refine their professional skills. With plans to minor in either Accounting or Economics, Joseph is eager to explore corporate finance and build meaningful connections with industry professionals.
