The Sellinger Scholars Mentorship Program operates in two stages. First-year students are mentored by sophomores, establishing a peer support system where more experienced students guide newcomers through the initial challenges of their academic journey. As sophomores progress, they transition to being mentored by alumni, benefiting from the insights and real-world experiences of those who have successfully completed the program. This two-tiered approach ensures a comprehensive mentorship experience, combining the relatability of peer support with the seasoned guidance of alumni mentors, ultimately fostering both personal and professional development among participants.
