End of Semester Reminders
The deadline has passed for SGA and Weekend Programming funding requests. These forms will open again in the spring semester - more details to come.
The final date to host any club sponsored events or programs is Monday, December 11th (the last day of classes).
Club Leadership Changes
*This applies to officers and moderators*
The end of the semester may be a time of officer changes for clubs as students are returning from study abroad or preparing to leave for study abroad. If your club officer count is affected by study abroad or any other change, please email Erin or the general Bridge email as soon as possible (enmisiorek@loyola.edu or bridge@loyola.edu).
Similarly, if your moderator is going on sabattical or otherwise will be unable to commit to moderator duties for the spring, student officers will need to find a replacement. Moderators, if this applies to you, please let your students know and support them in finding a new moderator. New moderators should fill out the Moderator Verification form, which will prompt us to make the moderator change within your club's Bridge group. You can find the Moderator Verification form here: https://cglink.me/2hL/s72021
As a reminder, all clubs must have at least three student officers and one moderator in order to be considered an active registered student organization. We'd encourage you all to take time to confirm your officers prior to the end of the fall semester to ensure a smooth start to the spring!
Club of the Month - The Greyhound!
The Greyhound is the primary campus and neighborhood news source for the Loyola University Maryland community, covering any and all topics here on-campus and beyond.
