Speaker and Invited Guest Policy
The policy outlines the expectations, procedures, and approval processes for campus registered clubs and organizations inviting external speakers or hosting campus events involving non-University guests. The full policy can be found in the Club/Org Handbook but is also linked here.
All external speakers or guests must be approved by the University using the Speaker and Invited Guest Approval Form.
Student Org Posting Policy and Reminders
Please review both the official Student Organization Posting Policy as well as the helpful reminders document to ensure you are following best practices for marketing and promoting your events. You may also refer to the image on the right as a visual for where to and where not to hang your flyers.
