Important Resources for Club Leaders

  • Club/Org Handbook

ALL club/org guidelines and processes are outlined in this document. We work to update this document frequently so please be sure you and your club officers are familiar with these expectations and guidelines.

    Club/Org Handbook

Within the Club/Org Handbook is the updated Demonstration Policy. It is also linked here for your convenience.

    Planning for a Demonstration/Protest:
Step 1: Read the Policy (linked above)
Step 2: Submit the Request Form

  • Student Org Posting Policy and Reminders

Please review both the official Student Organization Posting Policy as well as the helpful reminders document to ensure you are following best practices for marketing and promoting your events. You may also refer to the image on the right as a visual for where to and where not to hang your flyers.

  • Reserving the Student Organization Work Room

Starting academic year 24-25, we will be piloting a work room reservation process. The Work Room is connected to the 3rd floor OSE office suite in the Student Center and has materials and space for you to create posters and banners for your club's events, including the Activities Fair. If your club will require the Work Room to prepare for any event or program you have coming up this semester, we ask that you complete the below reservation form. Our office will work to ensure there is little to no overlap in reservations but may have to limit use to 30 minutes at a time, depending on traffic. We want to be able to accommodate as many groups as possible in the space, and this should help us accomplish this!

  • Workshop One-Pagers and Resources

Check out some of last year's workshop one pagers by clicking into the folder below. Topics include Marketing, Funding and Budgeting, Event Planning, and Time Management. New resources from this year's workshops to come!
