Posting Guidelines & Digital Signage

Looking to advertise your group or upcoming event? Be sure to review the complete posting policy. For a more sustainable option, use the link below to request digital signage.

Campus Decorations

Any freestanding sign, indoor and outdoor displays, and decorations for student clubs and organizations must be approved by a committee of campus administrators. For the request to be considered, it must be submitted at least two weeks before the display is to be posted.

Community Engagement and Service

The Office of Student Engagement and CCSJ have developed a set of guidelines that clubs should follow during the planning of a service or community engagement event. The document below outlines this process. Please reach out to OSE or CCSJ with any questions or concerns.

Catering Your Event

If your event requires food, please review the Loyola Catering Policies. When you are ready, use the CaterTrax Online Ordering system to place your order. Please note, you will need to have secured funding prior to placing any orders.

In an effort to accommodate limited budgets of student organizations, Catering has developed a no frills alternative menu for student group use. As for all catering requests, funding would need to be secured prior to placing any orders.

Are you planning to head off campus for your next club event?

These resources provide you with everything you need to know about requesting off-campus travel.

Prior to requesting off-campus transportation, please be sure of the following:

1. Student drivers need to be registered in the Parking and Transportation Agile Fleet system as an approved driver.

2. Approved drivers should review the Motor Pool Policies and Emergency Protocols

Requesting Motorpool

Clubs should follow the "Create Event" process on The Bridge to request transportation. OSE will request Motor Pool vehicles on the club's behalf.

Report Off-Campus Travel

Clubs are required to submit the "Final Roster and Itinerary" form on The Bridge at least two business days in advance of their travel. This form includes a file upload of your travel roster and a file upload of OSE's Driver Responsibility Agreement.
