Bridge Tutorials

This series of instructional videos was created to help assist club leaders better understand how to use The Bridge.  Showcasing the wide array of officer functions, these short tutorials walk the user through everything from setting up their group page to creating surveys and forms to collect valuable membership information.

The Event Request Process

In this video, we walk through the event request process, review the workflow process, and overall event request timeline.

Please keep the following in mind when creating events and using The Bridge:

  • Look through your group's dashboard and see what features could be of use to your club (emails, forms, stores, files, etc.)
  • Get your events up early to give ample time for workflow approval/edits
  • Try to flesh your events out with event tags/images to improve discoverability
  • Use QR codes to pre-register/check students in to your events, to give you an idea of who will attend and to improve your/our data collection
  • Reach out to bridge@loyola.edu if you need to make edits to your event, change officers, or if you have any questions
