Collaborate with HAP

  • What can we collaborate with HAP on?

    HAP events vary widely by topic, but traditionally we accept collaborations for events that need additional support with staffing, logistics, and financials beyond the average club event. Some examples include off-campus trips to ticketed events, and large-scale on campus events requiring specialized supplies. Events must follow the Weekend Programming funding requirements: be held on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, have a social component, and be open to all undergraduate Loyola students.

    If you are planning a smaller event but still need additional funding, consider applying for Weekend Programming funding. More information can be found on the Registered Student Organization website.
